Our journey started with expertise in software development, HR, and recruitment. Our team, comprising engineers from top tech firms and business leaders from unicorn startups, saw a unique market opportunity. We recognized that human beings are not evolved to speak the truth and often avoid awkward conversations just to get along. This tendency to sidestep honesty leads to unresolved issues, stifled innovation, and decreased productivity.
 
Combining our diverse technical skillset and firsthand experiences, we developed a platform to transform workplace feedback. Our mission is to create psychologically safe, inclusive environments that boost communication and employee retention. We are driven by innovation and a commitment to fostering a culture where every voice matters.

The inspiration behind Receptive AI came from our own team’s experiences. Despite having an open and honest culture, we noticed that valuable feedback was often withheld. Our team, known for its integrity and intelligence, still hesitated to share feedback, especially with someone who is responsible for paychecks, to avoid awkwardness and confrontation. Recognizing the missed opportunities for improvement, we developed Receptive AI and integrated it into our own workflow first.
